Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Options:

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days (free on orders over a certain value).
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 working days (additional fee applies).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How to Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
  2. Pack the item securely and include the original order details.
  3. Ship the package to the provided return address (customer pays return shipping).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
